Definitions

1. Customer: the person with whom Aziz Maral BV has entered into an agreement.
2. Aziz Maral BV: located in Aardenburg, registered under Chamber of Commerce number 70573387.VAT number - NL858379466B01

Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all legal relationships between Aziz Maral BV and client.

Minimum age

To access the services offered by Aziz Maral BV, one must be at least 18 years of age or older. Under 18, permission from one or both parents/guardians is required. When purchasing a product, the customer confirms to be 18 years or older or to have obtained permission from one or both parents/guardians.

Prices

All prices used by Aziz Maral BV are expressed in euros, including VAT.

Intellectual property

As a customer, it is expressly prohibited to distribute the contents of the services offered on Aziz Maral BV's website or share the information with third parties. This also applies to any other sensitive information of Aziz Maral BV that may harm Aziz Maral BV. If it is determined that one or more of these rules are not followed, you will be irrevocably removed from the groups without refund.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer can cancel the online purchase of the product within 14 days provided that the customer has not yet used the product. The reflection period starts from the moment the customer has placed the order and the customer has received a confirmation of this by email.

Secrecy

1. The client shall keep all information coming from Aziz Maral BV confidential and shall refrain from sharing, publishing, copying and/or distributing this information.
2. The same applies to any other information concerning Aziz Maral BV that he knows or can reasonably suspect to be secret or confidential, or of which he can expect that its dissemination may harm Aziz Marl BV."
3. The customer shall take all necessary measures to ensure that he also keeps the information mentioned in paragraphs 1 and 2 confidential.
4. The duty of confidentiality described in this article is for an indefinite period of time.
5. Penalty clause
6. If the client violates members of the article on confidentiality in these general terms and conditions, he forfeits for the benefit of Aziz Maral BV an immediately payable fine of €7,500.00 for each violation and in addition an amount of 10% of the aforementioned amount for each day that such violation continues. In addition, Aziz Maral BV shall be entitled to immediately deny the client access to the services of Aziz Maral BV without refund.
7. Forfeiture of this penalty does not require prior notice of default or court proceedings. It also does not require any form of damages.
8. Forfeiture of the fine referred to in the first paragraph of this article shall not affect the other rights of Aziz Maral BV including its right to claim damages in addition to the fine.
9. Aziz Maral BV is not liable for damages caused by complications related to the availability or operation of third-party information, as well as damages resulting from the use of Aziz Maral BV's services in violation of the terms and conditions or for purposes other than those for which the services are intended.

Aziz Maral BV respects the privacy of its clients and users and processes personal data only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). Final Provisions

1. These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
2. Disputes arising from these general terms and conditions or from agreements based on them shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Aziz Maral BV is located.
3. If and insofar as any provision of these general terms and conditions is nullified or annulled, the other provisions of these general terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect. Aziz Maral BV will then determine a new provision to replace the void/annulled provision, whereby the purport of the annulled provision will be observed as much as possible.
4. 4. Aziz Maral BV reserves the right to unilaterally amend these general terms and conditions. The amended terms and conditions will be published on Aziz Maral BV's website and will be effective immediately.
5. In case of any ambiguity regarding the interpretation of one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions, the Dutch text shall prevail over translations thereof.
6. When canceling a subscription, there is a notice period of 1 month at the end of the relevant month. (eg: cancellation in March means that April is still paid)
